This engaging resource invites children to explore the six Noongar seasons through colour association. Noongar Season; Birak (Dec-Jan), Bunuru (Feb-Mar), Djeran (April-May), Makuru (June-July), Djilba (Aug-Sept), Kambarang (Oct-Nov). Rather than matching identical images, players match patterns by season-specific colour palettes, encouraging deeper observation and cultural connection. Alternatively, the discs can be used as two distinct sets for expanded learning and play. The design and colours for each season are inspired by our Djet wer Boorn ‘Flowers and Trees’, Worala ‘Weather/Climate and the changes we see in our Boodja at different times of the year. Ages 3yrs+
